Bookings:

Bookings is essential as we have a limited number of kayaks. At the moment

we only accept cash, Western Union, PayPal, bank cheque (subject to clearance)

or bank direct deposit. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to make a booking.

Full payment will be required before we confirm the bookings and at least 5 days

prior to the trip or course.

Walk-in bookings is also accepted, provided it's not fully booked.

Cancellation by client:

If you cancel:

- More than 5 days prior to the trip date a 100% refund will apply.

- Less than 5 days but more than 24 hours from the trip date 

  the 50% is non-refundable

- Less than 24 hours (or you don't show up) from the trip, 100% no refund.

Cancellation by KAYAK DOMAIN:

KAYAK DOMAIN reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip dates and/or times.

In these cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and every effort will

be made to reschedule your trip at the earliest possible date convenient

to you or we will offer a 100% refund.

Alcohol and drugs don't mix with kayaking. KAYAK DOMAIN have the right

to refuse a client to participate on a trip if found to be intoxicated with drugs

or alcohol. No refunds will be made under these conditions.

Risk Waiver:

Prior to the trip you will be required to read and sign an

'Acceptance of Risk Agreement' (download here > Letter | A4 size)

acknowledging that kayaking, canoeing, & rafting has inherent risks and dangers

beyond those normally encountered in any sport. Clients under the age

of 18 must have their parent or guardian be required to read and sign an

'Acceptance of Risk Agreement' on their behalf.

Tour Fees:

Tour Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Fees will not

change once deposit has been paid. Please call us for confirmation.
